Introduction / Overview
The primary objective of Sreenidhi University is to nurture world-class experts who innovatively contribute to the development of Engineering & Technology, Science, Health & Healthcare, Arts & Skills, Enterprising & Business, Commerce & Economics and Law & Justice. The university aims to impart contemporary education, competencies, technical skills, life skills as well as ethics to the student communities and prepare them to be able to contribute to the betterment of the real world. In essence, Sreenidhi University intends to achieve sustainable and developmental goals for our nation and communities in general.
Education makes an individual stronger – Intellectually, Physically, Spiritually and enables him/her to stand on one’s own legs.
The Government of India and various state governments spend substantial amount of money on education and also encourage public charitable trusts to fund education. Understanding the importance and the necessity of education, Dr. K. T. Mahhe established Sree Educational Group, which has sponsored Sreenidhi Institute of Science & Technology (SNIST) in the year 1997 to impart quality education to the urban and rural people of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh. In a short span, SNIST became the most preferred college for the students of Andhra Pradesh & other states. SNIST is bestowed with accreditations from NAAC, NBA & a World Bank funding (TEQIP) apart from many other recognitions from AICTE, UGC, JNTU and became the first autonomous institution offering varied courses.
